If the broadcaster disagrees with the platform's actions based on these rules, they may file an appeal after the penalty has been imposed.

2. Users can report violating broadcasters using the "Report" feature. After verification, the platform will take immediate action to address the violation. If the platform determines that the report was made maliciously, appropriate measures will be taken against the reporting user.

3. Miscellaneous

Please fully understand the intention behind the platform's establishment of these rules. Do not attempt to exploit the limitations of these guidelines, which cannot enumerate all specific violations, in ways that contradict the fundamental principles of these rules or to evade the platform's supervision, management, and penalties.

The conclusion of a live broadcast does not mean the end of platform management. The platform reserves the right to retrospectively penalize any past violations discovered during platform reviews or reported by users.

The platform has the right to impose penalties on broadcasters based on their violations of these rules. If a violation also breaches laws or regulations, the platform will retain relevant information and proactively report it to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

When the platform deems necessary, it has the right to unilaterally modify these rules. Any changes to these rules will be updated and publicly announced within a reasonable period through the rules page. Broadcasters can review these updates at any time. If broadcasters continue to use the platform’s live streaming and other services after the updated rules take effect, it will be considered as acceptance of the modified rules.
